Starting therapy—or finding the right therapist—can feel overwhelming. That’s why I offer free initial meeting, so you can meet me, experience the space, and see if we click—no pressure, no strings attached. If you are interested in online art therapy then we will have an initial meeting online :)
Therapy works best when you feel truly safe and understood. My hope is that our time together helps you decide if I’m the right person to support you. If not- that’s okay too. What matters is that you find someone who gets you and honours what you need.
1-1 Art Psychotherapy Sessions

1-1 weekly* art psychotherapy session in person for young people 16+ and adults.
£50 (trainee therapist rate)
1-1 weekly* art psychotherapy session in person for trainee therapists.
